Message:		If the council or government will not listen about pollution,traffic noise,congestion and logic. Its easy people power is far stronger and do as they do in France when construction and bridge is built, drive over bridge couple hundred times at 10MPH and cause chaos after a few weeks drivers will get fed up and avoid bridge simple !!! Tractors, lorries, OAPS, 25 mile tail backs should do the trick.
