Message:		The most common way it's been done in the past is to post the guy's name and other info (what boat, time in-country, division, etc.) on this site or get a member of the Swift-L to post it there. If anyone knows the guy, it'll come out in a day or two. You can always request info from DoD via a FOIA request. This has been done several times with good results. You can get info on this - again - on the Swift-L mail reflector.
