BFS Open Night
BFS Open Night The BFS chose the Walkers of Holborn pub for their most recent Open Night. The venue was nicely tucked away from Holborn High Road and fantasy/horror/sci-fi creators we were able to swarm the downstairs bar. Drinkies were free, most of the night for the creative. It was good to catch up with fellow writers, and meet some new people. There were some folks I had conversed with by email before but never met in 'real life', others I met for the very first time. Good luck to The Write Fantastic, which was launched that night. A few photos of the HWA contingent - sorry, most of my pics, including those of Simon Clark and Jo Fletcher, came out terribly - are posted here. Deano |
