Manhours!!!
I work at a school (elementary) and we've been cleeaning since July 5th. At one time we were authorrized 420 hours per week for cleaning. We've been working 224 hours and now reduced to 140 hours for the remaining summer. A total of 28 hours a day collectively (44 of us). We had 56 hours... but the others don't work August. Any suggestions for my boss? Thanks. |

Yeah I got a few suggestions but i'm afraid Bonnie would ban me from the site.Just do what people will see and dont do anymore, when the complaints come in direct them to your boss and tell people your hours were drastically cut and its impossible to clean when you don't get the time to do so. Good luck and if they don't care , why should you. Let it fall back on them.Don't, I repeat Don't give them anything for free. |

Thanks Nigel for the advice. The school is fairly new from all the projects we've had over the 10 years... you'd think the district would want to keep the building in tip top shape! |
