Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it a must to swap the 850 spindle onto the 600 upright? The kingpins are identical, so this isn't a problem. The reason this is required is because the leaf spring width in a 600 and 850 are different and don't mate up. Same issue at the top of the upright. You'll need to get a machine shop to press out the kingping and press in new ones. This is a good time to replace them anyway.
