According to your web page code your using CoffeeCup VisualSite Designer. Along the left side there is a big button that says HTML on it. Select the button, define your area, and insert your code. The editor will probably not show anything, so to see the effects do a preview.
If your trying to insert the code using some other application, there should be something similar or a text entry mode.
