Message:   That is exactly the kind of problem this site is about. Spontaneous spinal headaches can come from dural leaks, sometimes from irregularities where the dura comes out over the spinal root, in other cases small tears. One thing that might be considered is a higher volume blood patch. Sometimes 50ml or more is indicated. A ct myleogram to find the leak can be done. Please keep us posted. This is why we are here.
