Message:   Another blood patch has been done higher up on her back that didn't work but it was with the same amount of blood. A myleogram was also done and nothing was found. She is supposed to be having a nuclear scan done in hopes of finding the site of the leak and I was wondering if you know how effective this is and what the possible risks of such a procedure are. Also, have you ever heard of treatment with epidural dextran-40 and paramethasone? Any help is greatly appreciated.
