My wife has just undergone surgery to clear scar tissue from a previous procedure. Awoke to all the symptoms described, plus the inability to keep her contact leanses in (is this a new one).
Into her 8th day of total bedrest and although the headaches are deminishing (taking loads of pain killers), she is close to going nuts on the situation, let alone the actual 'sagging' brain.
Does it work or should we be pushing for a blood patch or glue?
This is following 12 months of back pain and nerve damage cause by giving heavy prolonged CPR in an A+E, so all you health pros be careful out there. Interestingly (at the moment) she is still happy to have lost the back pain, considers it a fair trade off.
