Message:   It was interesting reading your post. I am coming up on my 2 year anniversary (June). I ended up having surgery after several unsuccessful blood patches and 2 subduals. I was much better after surgery but did have persistent headaches (not nearly as severe as pre-surgery). My neurologist prescribed indomethicin for inflammation and it helped a lot. I am now off all medication. I too have memory issues and some balance issues. I did start Mtn. biking again, although the neurosurgeon recommended against it. So far so good!! I just take it easy. It is amazing how our bodies need everything to be in sync! Good luck to all of you. It does get better.
