If you get a message about macros and digital signatures when first accessing the Toolkit, your macro virus security is set to high.

Go into Excel. Tools - Options - Security tab. Click on Macro Security button, Change from high security to medium. Come out of Excel. Click back on the Toolkit icon. You should get a message about disabling or enabling macros.

Enable macros and the Toolkit will load and work using its underlying macros and visual basic routines.
