Message:   Seem's to me that I asked that question of the COB that came into our hospitality room at Groton and he said no they don't drink 'em anymore. He said the all the services, special and all, are discouraged from any of the types of frolicking in which we were involved. But I think Paul is right, we could do that at the USSVI Clubhouse in New London. But the Navy wouldn't let him wear his dolphins upside down until he drank them, like we used to.
