SegPlay PC
I have downloaded the demo version and I can't get any color to appear on the canvas. Even when I hit the fast forward, the only thing that happens is that the lines and numbers disappear and I end up with a plain white canvas. I tried writing to Segmation at comments@segmation.com for help, but my email came back undeliverable. Has anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions? |

Thanks for the tip on the comments@segmation.com email. It should be working now.. Is this a new problem with the white canvas, or a problem that has existed since you've installed the program? Have you tried reseting to the default settings (use the curved arrow button at the top of the control panel).. |

This is the way it worked since I first downloaded it. I even uninstalled and redownloaded it, but that didn't help. I tried fiddling with the settings, and that didn't work. I tried resetting back to the default settings and that didn't work either. |
