Hi, I am having a problem with the drop down menu for selecting patterns. Every pattern I have is shown on it and they go right off the bottom so that I can't get to them. There is no more room to scroll up so I can see the patterns. All the ones I have done are on there also. I wish there was some way to be able to take the ones that are done off that list and keep them in the pattern file under Programs. It would be very nice to just have the set of patterns currently being worked on in the drop down menu if that was in any way possible. If the patterns that have been done were not on that list it would shorten it considerably. I just cannot come up with a way to get to the patterns at the bottom of the menu which are also some I have not done. When you scroll down as far as you can go you run right off the screen. Somehow this issue with all of the patterns showing on the menu should be addressed. Thank you very much. |

Hi Carolyn.. Sorry about the trouble you are having selecting a pattern from the drop down list. I'm aware that the list does sometimes go below the window, but I've always been able to use the scrollbar on the right of the list to navigate to the bottom. This will definitely be redesigned in a future version. In the meanwhile, you can remove the number of patterns that are shown in the list, by carefully moving just the .seg files out of the patterns directory. You may also need to delete a registry key (CurrentPattern in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Segmation\SegPlayPC) if you are trying to remove the last pattern that was shown in the program. I know is this messy, but we'll get it fixed in the future.. -mark |
