Hooray Finals are over!! The whole comp is over!!!
Victoria and Rylee did a great job representing Canada, BC, Vernon and our little club!
The Bulgarians were great to watch...so fun to see them...speed, amazing tricks...fluidity...so impressive and inspiring!
Ry was a little shining star. Great event finals.
Hooray!
After finals, gift trading and thank yous, we set off to see some sights! Great photos...of big statues, castles, squares, public baths, parks etc.
Then we had lunch/dinner at a little streetside cafe before going to the ballet. We saw A Mid Summer Night's Dream at the Budapest Opera House. Incredible - so much fun...a cast of over 90 dancers!! Live symphony...amazing costumes/set etc.
Now we are just doing a quick post before grabbing a bite and going to bed.
Tomorrow we are splitting up..Leah and VP are @doing@ Budapest and Ry and I are "doing" Vienna! :)
Such Euro-explorers we are!!!
If we don't get to post from Vienna (we will try to) we'll see you when we get home.
