If you wan a really good hotel choose the Park Consul Hotel Schlössle. This is the only 5* hotel in Estonia. Located in a fantastic medieval building in historic Old Town of Tallinn. Other hotels to recommend would be Scandic Hotel Palace or Scandic Hotel St Barbara. Have a nice trip
