"this form is inoperational"

When I put the code on my website, it says on the topof the form "this form is inoperational."
I have no clue how to fix it, my form doesn't work and I don't know what to do.

Re: "this form is inoperational"

might provide us the link to the page where your form is

did you make your form using the form builder here at bravenet

if so you probably adjusted the form code and now it doesn't work

you may need to login and get the COMPLETE html code for your form and place it on the page and do a test with it and see if it works then. And do not adjust anything with the form code

and if it is something else then as said we NEED a link or we can't tell what your problem is beyond this

Re: "this form is inoperational"

i copied the code and pasted it on the page.

Re: "this form is inoperational"

I can go into the code and take out the part that reads "this form is inoperational" but then my form doesn't work. Nothing happens when I click GO, even when I type in a name and my other email address.

Re: "this form is inoperational"

It seems that the place where you were trying out the code for the form was:

http://www.seopa.webs.com/mailinglist.html

You gave an incorrect address. It's best to use copy-paste to give someone your URL, rather than trying to type it in.

But the last time I checked it there was no such code on the page.

You need to provide a test page with the code on it if you want someone to try to help you.

Re: "this form is inoperational"

it looks like your site is hosted by freewebs.com as well so that could also be part of the problem

are you trying to get the Mailing list service here at bravenet or what

be sure of totally what you want.

The mailing list is totally different from a form if you want a straight out form
