Hello Mike and everybody,

does the toolbar work for Firefox? I saw the list requirements and it enlists IE only. On the other side, when I clicked on the EffectiveBrand link, which said it works for both.

Which one is true?

That is a good question. I have not tested it on a Firefox browser since I do not have one currently installed. EB says it will work but if someoen would like to test it and reply with the results(Rosanna ) it would be much appreciated!

Ok Mike...

whoever wants to install the toolbar on FFM:

1. visit VMWeb using FFM
2. click on the link to the toolbar
3. click on the "download toolbar" button
4. install
5. close all FFM pages
6. restart FFM

NOTE: don't you try to download the toolbar through Internet Explorer, it won't work (that's because FFM extensions are downloaded into and installed from a particular location.
