Greetings: I am a newcomer to this dialogue but hope for some replies to my inquiry. The Washington Tennis & Education Foundation (WTEF) is an after school and college prep program for at risk kids in the Metro DC area. We are 50 years old and revising our Staff Handbook to be more current and comprehensive in its coverage of personnel matters. I am hoping to connect with volunteer directors from other nonprofits which have such handbooks to find out if they also make a point of including volunteers in their policy guidance to staff.
