Awakened to thunder, lightening and rain, the day starts off with a feeling of weariness. But to think that on such a morning Mary went to the tomb to bury Jesus and found only the efulgence of a risen Lord, brings only praise and thanksgiving to the Lord God, Jehovah. May His peace rest with you all and in you all for this blessing beyond words.

I can remember as a small child (maybe kindergarten) looking at the rain on Easter morning and thinking that God was crying because of the sin in the world. I wonder what I had heard to put that idea in my head? Whatever it was, I still think that when it rains on Easter, and it still makes me appreciate His Son even more.
