I have a friend who was a big fan of Chris's and in his sadness over Chris's passing ,he wrote and recorded a tribute song that he wanted to share with other Chris LeDoux fans. This seemed like a good place to do that. He wrote the song only as a tribute to Chris and to let others know how much he admired the man. Just a quick update on this song. It seems the ProRodeo Hall of Fame has heard "Called Home To Sing (Goodbye Chris)" and loved it . He was honored with a call from them asking if he would come and sing his song at Chris's induction into the HOF. I think he was in shock for several days but he will be there to pay a final Tribute to the man who was his hero. He said, "There will never be anything more special or bigger for me than this " . He feels very blessed indeed.
