I have a 13.5'' barrel saddle. It is not a Billy cook however. It is a ProMaster Southern Ridding Pro Series saddle. It has gorgeous floral tooling, tan suede seat, silver conchos, and a silver-laced cantel. It is semi-full bars and fits my 15.3hh QH like a glove! Unfortuanatly it is not suiting my shift in focus towards western pleasure. I am asking $750-800 OBO. E-mail me back if interested. It's a great and comfy saddle!
