If you don't know what this is, it's time to wake up and smell the coffee. Texas Animal Health Commission has put on hold the implementation of this craziness, but don't think for a minute they aren't busy trying to figure out how to get it done. Our only hope for this is to get our elected representatives to pass a LAW in Texas (or whatever state you hail from) against it. Some states have already passed mandatory laws to comply.
