Hey there I was wondering if anyone knew of any internships offered in a equine related field? Preferably an equine hospital or swimming/rehabilitation center? In areas of Wyoming, Montana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

In san Antonio..I would try:
1.) Dr. Robert Ball, DVM 210-651-6202 2.)Retama Equine Hosp. 210-651-6375(race track).

Dr. Robert Ball is the the top Vet. in SA/surrounding area by far and almost all Barrell Racers, Ropers, Hunter Jumpers use him. He's the best of the best with a large, very large list of clients. A 1st class guy and super nice.

Retama Equine Hosp. is directly involved with the race track and I know they have interns. Lots of them. There are as many as 8-10 Vets. there.

There is an Equine Center in Elgin, TX. But I'm not sure of the name. I believe it's Stallion Station or close to that. Might google Elgin Equine Hospital. It's as well very large with several Vets. and interns.
