Where can I get a premium? I need entry forms for the Obedience and Rally. Tried Infodog, but they don't have anything up yet. I'm budgeting now for early 2009 shows. Thanks for any info.

If you email me, I'll email you a copy of the premium. The premiums went out in the mail I believe this past Monday.
