I would like to find someone from the middle of the country that will be traveling to the Atlanta area for the supported entries in January. I am trying to send a dog to a handler in that area for some shows in February. He will also need a ride back to this area after the Atlanta specialties in Feb. I would rather drive part of the distance instead of the whole trip to Atlanta, so would be glad to pay for a ride each way from some point closer to Kansas.

Flying that distance is safer than driving... Just like it is for humans. I take it you are uncomfortable with air travel? If not, investigate that... It's faster therefore less stressful on the dog. They just think it's another car ride.

Continental has the climate controlled vehicles so they fly all year round no matter what the temp, but if they aren't near you, oh well! Good luck.
