Does anyone know of any small kennel's for sale anywhere in the US??
We have been thru exhaustive searches and can't find anything that we can afford.
We have 9 dogs, and need to move soon!

Gee, that's kind of broad. How about a price-range/size of kennel you're looking for (how many runs), area of the country you'd prefer, etc...

money is tight, under $150k? I have nine dogs..

Pick an area of the country, and Google "Horse properties" for that town or state. It is easier to search for horse properties than kennel properties.

By the way, for your price range, you can eliminate most of the North East, and probably California. Don't you have even a slight idea what area of the country??

Yes, for that price-range I'd probably look at the midwest - Missouri/Arkansas/Tennessee/Kentucky - those types of areas. You can still buy decent property there for that price range.

OK, that is fine, Midwest, whatever, but do you know anyone that has a kennel for sale>>? we have spent the last month going thru search engines and realtors and such, WE need a kennel and soon..

we have had 6 offers in on 6 different properties that have all fallen thru because of kennel paperwork, and not being able to get it, We are out of time and I don't want to place my dogs, so really just need to know if anyone has a place for sale.. Thanks..

Where are you moving from?

In Arizona, you can get a mobile home on a acre or two for that price. There is a real estate specialist in this area that can find you County areas that can have dogs and all you need to do is get a kennel permit. Kennel permit is easy to get, just a 350 per year fee.

putting up some type of email address where someone on this Forum can contact you if they know of an available property.

If your regular email is too identifiable and you do not want to go "public" with your search, then open a gmail account on Yahoo, and set up an email address where people can reach out to you with information about a possible kennel purchase. There might be sellers who have a possible property, but they might not want to go public either, and unless they can contact you privately, they will not reach out to you.

I know a place in Orlando Fl that is between 4 to 5 area Has out side kennels maybe 6 to 7 stalls and a acre on each end of kennel where one are was set up for storeing suppys other end don't know and Puppy area next the kennel with a newly remodel home maybe 1700 t0 1800 ft home 3 bedrom 2 bath think they want 165,000.00 last time I looked anyway.even zoned for horses

Nice place in Wisconsin, but about twice as much money as this person is wanting/able to spend. Thanks for the suggestion, though - I love looking at available properties!

Maybe they should contact the seller, you never know what can be worked out.

There is a small boarding kennel near us in Collinsville OK ( about 45 min from Tulsa) that is for sale. We have boarded some of our dogs there when we have been out of town for more than a couple of days. It has a nice house, indoor/outdoor kennel with an office and a big lot. Not sure of details size wise. The man is moving to another property up the road that is smaller as he is getting older. His name is Ken Manion and the # is 918-371-5310. It is a nice facility.
