about the beautiful tails............
I know that the lab tail should be wrapped around, I have a beautiful 1 year old girl and she has finally stopped shedding ! But her tail is wrapped around at the base and then the rest of it kinda sticks out. Do you think it will ever wrap around ? And would I be laughed out of the ring if I showed her this way ?

I would be more likely to make fun of a dog with a straight shoulder and a perfectly wrapped tail. So, I guess it depends on what the rest of the dog looks like. The tail is a very important piece of type. Having said that, it is one part of a whole dog.

From what I have seen in the ring in recent years, she will have a lot of company with similar tails

I don't think the tail type will change. You could trim the feathering ever so slightly to show and breed to a wrapped tail.
