Has anyone received any results back from Pawsitive ID yet with their new lab in the Bahamas? We sent in 5 samples. I know they are saying within 30 days but I was wondering are they getting faster with results now?

Just sent mine in on Monday....so I have a wait. Have you checked the Customer Portal? I thought this is where you went to look for updates and access to your dog's certificate.

Yes, and nothing yet. They said by Jan. 30th we would have results. We were just hoping that they might be a little faster then that. You also must go online and fill out their information under the order name and match each one up with the scan bar on each kit. They received ours and said we had to do that. I did not know that had to be done, since we had to fill out the form that came with each kit per dog.

Yep...did the online part already. I only ordered one to begin with. Wanted to see how it went.

The wait might be the biggest downfall for me...I am not very patient!!
