Am getting ready to submit, and they ask for micro-chip info, the dog we are doing now has a tatoo and no chip. Has anyone submitted like this? any problems / issues? Have called several times, no answer or machine :-(

It shouldn't be an issue if they want Canadians to submit their dogs as well. :-)

I just put the tattoo in the microchip area. I assume its just for printing on the certificate for permanent ID, so it doesn't matter. They usually email back really fast too, but it shouldn't be a problem.
