Health issues you consider in a breeding?

When you are contemplating a breeding and you put it on paper - what are your limits as far as health issues are concerned? If we could talk about 2 generations - where do you draw the line as to what you can accept? Of the 6 dogs in the first 2 gen. (of parents) - do they all need to be OFA Good or better and OFA Elbows? What if there is a hint of TVD? or any other undesirable physical trait? How do you resolve the search for the perfect mating?

Re: Health issues you consider in a breeding?

I wouldn't mind a hip or elbow, so long as its not recurrent. I'd like a current clear CERF.

I will not play around with TVD or epilepsy. Produced it, or littermates with, and I'm out of there real quick.
