As another person whose annoyed with Purina and uses Dog Chow for some of my guys, I am trying TSC's Retriever food in place of the Dog Chow.
Wondering if anybody has experience with it?

Last fall, TSC was running an in-house special where they were giving away free 8-lb bags for coming into the store. I did get one to use as treats. I fed about 1/4 of the bag and then found out there was a recall on it. I am not condemning the food due to the recall since so many foods were recalled but I am more cautious and I am more inclined to head in another direction.

We have used TSC's Retriever dog food in the Blue Bag for many years, never had a problem, no loose stools, etc. I don't remember ever buying any of it that had been re-called. We only buy food once a month maybe it happened between the times we picked up food. Maybe it was the food in the yellow bag that was recalled? I tried Purina a few times when it was on sale, our dogs got terrible loose stools. Just my experiences.
