OFA Pre-lims

When you send in your pre-lims to Ofa don't they post them anymore?

Re: OFA Pre-lims

Only if you sign the area on the form to do so, right below the first sig. box.

Re: Re: OFA Pre-lims

Anything over 2, passing, is automatically put on, prelims or abnormal results you have to sign/initial, meant to include that.

Re: Re: Re: OFA Pre-lims

thought I did. I will contact OFA to see if I can change it. Thanks

Re: OFA Pre-lims

They will tell you no. I have tried this in the past.
I don't understand it, but they wouldn't budge!

Even if it's a passing but a fair? I have no fairs, the reason I am asking.

Re: OFA Pre-lims

OFA will release prelim results if you meet specific criteria (at least 12 months of age, permenant id, and you agree to release all results). This is from the OFA Application form:

OFA Policy Regarding Release Of Preliminary Results
(Animals Under 24 Months)

In an effort to encourage open sharing of health test results, the OFA will post preliminary results if:

-The animal is at least 12 months at the time of radiography

-The animal must be permanently identified via microchip or tattoo

-The owner initials the authorization block to release all results (including abnormal results) when the application is initially submitted

Re: Re: OFA Pre-lims

Yes Fair, Good or Excellent they will post since it is passing, anything else needs a sig.
