The following was in our local newspaper: +++++++++ DOG FREED AFTER GETTING TRAPPED IN COUCH Usually, loose change and dirt are the only things you find trapped in the back of a couch. Napanee firefighters Monday night found a dog. They were called to a home in the town at 7:30 p. m. after the pooch got its head caught in a recliner mechanism. The dog was freed uninjured.
That is awful, but got to say I worry when the cat goes under there.
I'm always paranoid about my minpins, especially when they were babies. Lab pups, too.
