Copy and paste of the entire bill does not give you the sense of what is being changed in our current law. If this is passed, dog ownership in Maine will not be good.

IF you read through this bill it states that having just 1 intact bitch or dog (over 6 months of age) makes you a "breeding kennel" licensing each intact animal is $150 per year. It reads much like a MSN.
Let's hope that the old adage "as Maine goes, so goes the nation..." doesn't hold true. This bill will cripple the dog fancy and even pet ownership in Maine as a whole.
