Just wondering what product you use to worm your litters.

Do you also worm your bitch at the same time?

I always Deworm mom the sametime we do the pups. We use Pyrantel at 2,4, and 6 weeks. We use Safe Guard at 7 weeks for 3 days as the two medications kill different worms.

Pyrantel Pomoate at 3,4,5, 7 and right before they go home.

Pyraltel at 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks, mom and pups.
If you see resistance, you'll need to go with Panacur (Safeguard)at 3 and 6 weeks also mom and puppies.

and don't use the cheap, watered down junk from the pet store. It doesn't work!
Found that out the hard way a few years back

Best bet is to buy from Revival, the pure pyrantel suspension - 1cc per 10 lbs

We use Pyrantel from Revival also...start with mom around day 49 gestation (per our vet). Then mom & pups at wks 2,3,5. Follow up with Safeguard at 7 wks for 3 days.

Has worked well...negative fecals when they go in for the well checks prior to going home.
