No. Generally you allow 2 minutes per dog, so that would be 140 minutes, or 2 1/2 hours or so. Even if you give them a bit more for winners and the like, you'll be done by 11:30 (unless the judge is REALLY slow!).
AKC guidelines for judges are 20 dogs an hour for inexperienced judges (3 minutes a dog) and 25 for experienced judges. Two minutes a dog would be 30 an hour - that is really on the fast side. My experience is closer to 25-27 range.
