I assume she came out of the veterans class - you can show a spayed bitch/neutered dog, win veterans, then compete in Best of Breed in shows that don't have continuing competition, ie - no group rings (which this doesn't). For example, at Hoosier, they don't have veterans as it's a specialty that runs in conjunction with an all-breed show, and the BOB competes in the Sporting Group ring.
