I recieved the non premimum test results on my dogs a while ago. Do the Premium results (PRA etc..) show up on the customer portal as well or do we get them some other way? When do we get them --it seems like forever! LOL!

Mine took 48 days. So yes it does seem like forever.

How do we get the results though? Is it on the user portal like the nopremimum results of somewhere else?

Forever is a long time / LOL!

It will show up on the report under Premium Test #19 for PRA (PRCD). They are not testing for EIC. Only the ones listed and PRCD for Labs, will show up several days after the non-premium results have been listed.

Thanks. It seems like I have been waiting forever and i was not sure that they would post it in the same way they did the nonpremium tests! Now I will just wait some more!
