degenerative myelopathy research

For those interested in research and treatments available for DM in their dogs,
I would recommend Dr. Roger Clemmons at U of FLA

http://www.vetmed.ufl.edu/directory/rogerclemmons.html

He has concocted oral suspensions for some of my Belgian Sheepdog friends that have literally bought them a fair amount of time with the abiltiy to walk on all fours.

His first publication listed is of course that of a labrador with myelopathy.

I had a fourteen year old that literally started to sway and drag his rear limbs and would have given anything to spend more time with him.

Re: degenerative myelopathy research

May I pass this on to a friend of mine whose Lab is having back end problems?

Thanks.
Linda
