Well always before a show but one of my girls has what looks like a stye eye on the upper lid, any ideas what to use to get it to go away by Saturday?
Aloha,
Jackie
Funny- I have one of those too and saw doctor today! Eye doctor said warm packs and that they drain on their own after about three days. Only rarely need to be drained by incision (in people anyway). Antibiotics apparently do not speed resolution. Not fun.
My MD said 5 minutes 3 to 5 times a day. I found this link (it is for people, but I would think a stye is a stye if that is what your dog has): http://www.webmd.com/eye-health/tc/styes-and-chalazia-topic-overview
. I had one before a few years ago that went away in less than a week, but did really hurt for a couple of days. Good luck! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Thank you so much, have started the compresses and i'll try the 5 times a day and pray it will be gone by saturday!
