The FDA has received reports of adverse reactions in dogs receiving the drug Comfortis (spinosad) concurrently with doses of ivermectin. Admittedly some of my research showed high dosages of ivermectin, BUT the possibility exists for it to happen even on smaller doses per the responses I see on a number of other forums I haunt. This combo is simply not a risk I am personally willing to take.
