Re: local lab rescues

How may we help?
National club has a list: go to thelabradorclub.com and go to rescues.
What do you need help with?

Re: local lab rescues

Sorry, but I am suspicious about somebody who just says New York--and doesn't get more specific when asked. New York can be Montauk to Buffalo to Plattsburgh, etc., etc.

If I am wrong, please say where you are located.

Thank you.

Re: local lab rescues

To Where,
I feel very sorry for you that all you could take out of my post was suspicion. What actually made you so uncomfortable? I'm glad you are not running a rescue, as I don't think I'd like to deal with your limited thinking....I am out near the Hamptons-does that make you feel better.
To all others who replied so kindly, I appreciate the help and will look into all leads . Yes, I want to rescue a lab-our family is looking for a dog after waiting until our som was 9 and old enough to appreciate a new family member. I thought about purchasing a puppy but hearing that so many dogs are being turned in these days I thought we should first look into rescue.

Re: local lab rescues

If you pay attention, you will learn that suspicious people are the ones who are least trustworthy.
