There are no Sweeps at the Carroll County KC supported entries on September 5 and 6. Heather Johnson is listed as a sweeps judge on the Wiscoy specialty site.
The PRLRC is very pleased that Heather is judging Sweeps for us at our supported entry at the Providence County KC on July 25. Sorry for the confusion.

Our two shows this year are being supported kindly by the Pawcatuck River Labrador Retriever Club but due to their distance ( their geographic area as registered with AKC) is > 100 miles, they cannot offer Sweeps. Neither can Pioneer Valley labrador Retriever Club whom we are hoping will join up with Pawcatuck for 2010. Labrador Retriever Club of Greater Boston is the only club that can do sweeps at our shows if they support it but they have decided to take another direction.

Carroll County, however, has a puppy gala each year on the Saturday show for all puppies. For the Labradors there is a special rosette given by the Friends of Labradors

We hope to see many of you there. Mud football is the following week but since it is Labor Day weekend, if you are planning on coming- make reservations early or plan staying at a little distance ( it is also cheaper). If you cannot find anything using the accomodations listed in the premium ( now available) or thu an on-line search ( we can't list everyone) - send me an e-mail and I will try to help.
