My 9 wk keeper puppy is starting to pick at her food... She will eat a little and then play a little and go back for more but not finishing it all. I'm feeding her 3 times a day 1 1/4 cup at each meal.
It's been a while since I had a little one and looking for advice.

That sounds like a lot of food for 9 weeks old.

Mine would be eating about 1 cup 3 times a day at that point. So might just be to much. Is the pup heavy, loose stools ?

plus they just don't eat as well without siblings for competition

As long as she is able to daly, she will pick at her food. Set a timer for 5 minutes tops. When the 5 minutes is up, remove the food. You may find this difficult at first as you will be sure she will starve to death. She won't. But if you leave the food down for a half hour, it will reinforce the picking.

Thanks all for the advice... Stools are fine. I'll cut back on the amount and also pick up if she is dalying around.
