I got some awesome pictures from a lady that took them of my dogs but when I download them they won't open in windows viewer or in Photoshop.

Says there is some sort of syntax error and can't read it.

I looked at the names and they are simple things like dogrun.jpg nothing odd.

Please help me if you have the time?

Sometimes if a file is improperly converted to the JPEG format from another file format another program may not be able to open it. Also if the JPEG file has Photoshop masks or levels in it, some software will not open the JPEG.
