I wanted to know which vendor of Home Again chips has a good price right now.

A girl of mine had a Home Again chip inserted a year ago while under anesthesia. I got a phone call wanting me to pay for the next year of registration, is this normal?

I register mine with the AKC CARR program--one-time fee.

The manufacturers are trying to collect annual fees.
