Just read judging program and see that non-regular (veterans,etc.)are up first each day. Do the winners of these non-regular classes then go into Best of Breed? Or are they just-for-exhibition entries? Thanks in advance.

Looks to me that Best Veteran is after BOB, so I assume winners would go into the BOB class.
Yes, that means each dog from each veterans class and each dog from the hunting retriever class goes into BOB at the end of the day.
If one of the veterans were to receive a JAM during breed that would automatically make them Best Veteran in Show. But if none of the veterans receive a JAM then they would go in for Best Veteran in show after the BOB is over with just the same as Best Puppy in Show or Best Bred by.
