Have a girl with a 2 week old litter. Everything text book until today when she started vomitting. Not the usual vomit to feed her pups type, this is her truly getting sick. First time was her dinner, a lot of it, all undigested. She ate breakfast after that and next time was more bile, but still a lot of liquid, just not so much undigested food as first time.
Stools are perfect which is odd, I would expect if her tummy was upset, stools would not be normal.
What could it be?
Waiting for a call from my vet but figured I'd post for ideas.

Check her for mastitis! Have you taken her temp?

Have vet check calcium levels too. Could be mastitis though.
