Does Ingen send back anything in paper, or is it all online?

The first time I used them and did 3 girls a while back I got it on line and paper work sent to me, but the last time I did my last 2 girls a few months ago it was online and I never did get any paper work so maybe it is online only now . ??

I do believe it's all online now, it says so on the website.
